These terms govern your use of emailmysite ("the service"), an AI-driven website-building service operated by Matt Dye ([email protected]), Kentucky, USA. By using the service you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

What emailmysite does

We build, host, and update small-business websites on your behalf. You email us change requests (or initial briefs); our AI bot interprets your request, edits the site, deploys to Cloudflare Pages, and emails you a confirmation.

You agree NOT to use emailmysite to:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless emailmysite and Matt Dye from any claims arising out of your use of the service, including any content you publish through it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date will reflect any changes. For material changes, we'll notify active customers by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, with the seat of arbitration in Kentucky, except that either party may bring an action in a Kentucky small-claims court for claims within that court's jurisdiction.

You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against us.
